What I call a good day

It is 11:38 AM in what should be sunny PR. Actually it is cold and damp and the sun has tried to come up but has had no success. Oddly enough, that has not dampened my spirits. I woke up at 6:...AM and even though I only got 4 hours of sleep I decided to stay awake for as long as possible to see if now I can revert the sleep cycle back to normal.
I actually got some work done and some study time. Now, for the worst work but the best workout around, house work. Tip from me: play your favorite music and dance while you clean, even belt out a few tunes. It will inspire you and let's face it, if you are not Christina Aguilera, who can keep a sour mood when they are listening to their own voice trying to hit those high notes (LOL). I admit it, I can't sing, but I love trying. Just keep moving!

It gets that way that time of the year...I saw your answer from byrds blog, which was right after mine...I lived there for 23 years, but I always loked at it this way, at least its not 20-30 degrees!...in fact, I liked to workout in the rain over there (made me less thirsty!)...I have 20 lbs that I want to lose, so I hope to see more of your blogs and I hope to cheer you up and give ou the strength to keep on going! Hope to hear from you soon!

Yes, I remember the weather thing. Even though I loved snow, I hated the cold. I could not wait until we had some nice weather to take the bike out. My daughter was a baby then, and I would just sit her on her baby sit behind me and go for it. I have to tell you that your post was a great surprise and I hope we can keep supporting each other. I have 50 to loose but I am concentrating on the first 30 for this year. However, I will not be disappointed if I loose more than that. Keep at it and keep posting.
